Benvenuti alla RESIDENZA ALBULA PERUSIA! Siamo lieti di accogliervi e ci auguriamo che il vostro soggiorno sia memorabile.

Per garantire il massimo comfort a tutti gli ospiti, vi invitiamo a rispettare alcune semplici regole:

  • Check-in e check-out: Le camere vi aspettano dalle 15:00 del giorno di arrivo e vi salutano entro le 10:00 del giorno di partenza.
  • Vietato fumare: Per una piacevole atmosfera per tutti, è severamente vietato fumare nelle camere e negli spazi interni. Potrete rilassarvi fumando sul terrazzo.
  • Tassa di soggiorno: La tariffa non include la tassa di soggiorno, da regolarsi separatamente all’arrivo, in contanti.
  • Disdette: La cancellazione entro 15 giorni prima della data di arrivo è rimborsabile; oltre tale termine, non sarà possibile ottenere il rimborso.
  • Animali e accompagnatori: Non sono ammessi animali né accompagnatori non autorizzati.
  • Parcheggio incluso: Il posto auto nella proprietà recintata è compreso nella tariffa, ma non possiamo rispondere di eventuali danni o furti.
  • Utensili e pasti: Utilizzate solo gli utensili forniti e non consumate i pasti in camera.
  • Comportamento: Rispettiamo la tranquillità degli altri ospiti e invitiamo a spegnere luci, climatizzatore e dispositivi elettrici quando non siete in camera.
  • Cura degli spazi: Non gettate nel WC materiali che possano ostruire gli scarichi: utilizzate i cestini messi a disposizione.
  • Tessera magnetica: La mancata restituzione della tessera magnetica presente in camera comporterà una penale di € 250,00.

Welcome to RESIDENZA ALBULA PERUSIA! We are delighted to welcome you and WE hope your stay will be memorable. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we invite you to respect a few simple rules:

  • Check-in and check-out: The rooms are available for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival and need to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  • No smoking: For a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and interior spaces. You can relax while smoking on the terrace.
  • Tourist tax: The rate does not include the tourist tax, to be settled separately.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival are refundable; after this deadline, it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
  • Animals and companions: No animals or unauthorized companions are allowed.
  • Parking included: Parking space in the gated property is included in the rate, but we cannot be responsible for any damage or theft.
  • Utensils and meals: Use only the utensils provided and do not eat meals in your room.
  • Behavior: We respect the tranquility of other guests and invite you to turn off lights, air conditioning and electrical devices when you are not in the room.
  • Care of space: Do not throw materials into the toilet that could obstruct the drains: use the bins provided.
  • Magnetic card: Failure to return the magnetic card to unlock the room will result in a penalty of € 250.00.
